Welcome to My Personal Page
Why I’m Participating in a Bark For Life Event
I know there are a lot of worthy causes to support, but I think participating in an event that helps save lives from cancer is about as worthy as it gets. That’s why canine companion and I have decided to raise funds and walk in an American Cancer Society Bark For Life event.
Nearly everyone has been touched by cancer, either through their own personal battle or through the battle of someone they love, and this disease has taken too much from too many. I’m participating in the Bark For Life event because I know I am making a difference in the fight to end cancer by raising funds and cancer awareness.
The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is more than just an
event to us. It is our personal opportunity to help save lives and
create a world with less cancer and more birthdays by supporting the
American Cancer Society.
Why I’m Fundraising
By raising funds and walking in a Bark For Life event, my canine companion and I are participating in the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission, and I would really appreciate your support! The funds I raise helps fund important cancer research, supports cancer patient programs and services, and goes toward other important activities that help save lives from cancer.
Why I Volunteer with the American Cancer Society
By walking in a Bark For Life event I join more than four million global volunteers who are dedicated to finishing the fight against cancer. This is my opportunity to honor the cancer survivors in my life, remember friends and family I have lost, and to raise funds to support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission.
Please join my team or make a donation in support of my efforts. Thank you!
Together, we WILL finish the fight!

Your support allows the American Cancer Society to continue:
Advocacy
Fighting cancer in city halls, statehouses, and Congress by elevating the patient voice to advance policy change through the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN)
Patient Support
Ensuring no one feels alone at any point on their cancer journey, from prevention to survivorship, and, for some, the end of life.
Discovery
Investing in breakthrough science to find more - and better - treatments, uncover factors that may cause cancer, and improve patients' quality of life.
Health Equity
Ensuring that all people have a fair and just opportunity to prevent, find, treat, and survive cancer. ACS and ACS CAN believe all people should have a fair and just opportunity to live a longer, healthier life free from cancer regardless of how much money they make, the color of their skin, their sexual orientation, gender identity, their disability status, or where they live.
