Why We Formed a Relay For Life Fundraising Team:
Welcome to our team page! Cancer has touched many of us in some way, so we decided to fight back by raising funds and walking in our local American Cancer Society Relay For Life event.
As a team, we are taking action to help eliminate cancer as a major health problem. At our Relay event, we will take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society in their lifesaving mission.
As members of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Inc. we are dedicated to being a "community conscious, action-oriented organization" through scholarship, service, sisterhood and Finer Womanhood. In that esteem, we are excited to help spread knowledge about the fight to beat Cancer, to help those in the fight and to continue to lead by example. We are very dedicated to the American Cancer Society cause, as it hits straight to the heart of our chapter.
This year we will fight harder in the honor of our esteemed President Ms. Michelle Pope. Soror Pope has exhibited strength and tenacity in her fight against Breast Cancer. We are honored to see her fight and dedicated to be a source of support. Likewise, the Hope Mills Zetas are dedicated to finding a cure to this horrible disease.
