Unfortunetly cancer runs in my family. Both of my parents have survived it more than once. Then in 2012, fresh into my second marriage, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Squamous Cell Carcinoma in my throat. I had 5 surgeries and have been cancer free for the better part of 12 years. I am still thankful to my parents that came to NC and my 2 young children. They came out to see their son and their father fight this invisible demon. It was the part of my life I considered the "dark ages". My family pulled me through this time. My life has been nothing but precious since this ordeal. My way of returning this precious gift is fund raising. I have teamed up with Delta Airlines and together we are moving mountains. I appreciate all the help I can get. Aloha
