My Reason to Relay... I Relay because I want to see an end to cancer during my lifetime!! When Mom was diagnosed back in 2007 with two different types of cancer, it really helped me find my voice for Relay. As a committee member of our local Relay, I have been an outspoken supporter for the cause, performed talks for local clubs and organizations, am participating in the CPS-3 cancer prevention study etc. In addition, I've work with many volunteers and leadership teams across the state and it's hard to talk with me for any length of time and not have Relay come up as part of the conversation!
