Thank you for visiting my Relay for Life page. Cancer has affected me and my family for many years. I lost one of the most important women in my life to cancer (grandmother in 1988, breast cancer). My mom was also diagnosed with Laryngeal cancer (throat), but I am happy to report that she has been cancer-free for threeyears! At the beginning of2017, my young nephew of only 32 had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in his brain, lungs, liver and gallbladder. He unfortunately lost his battle on July 28, 2017. I am participating in the Relay for Life of Southern Nevada in memory of my "angel" and my "baby boy - nephew" and in honor of my mom. I don't know many people who haven't been affected by cancer at least once in their lives/families, and I would love to have your support as we work together to end this this horrible disease.
