This is my third year with Real Men Wear Pink. It is estimated that this year alone, 325,000 women will receive a breast cancer diagnosis, and more than 40,000 women will die from the disease. The statistics are sobering. And with the pandemic, the work is more important than ever because funding for life-saving cancer research has diminished, and critical services for cancer patients are at stake. I am in a position to make a difference, and I am lending my voice and influence to raise awareness and funds to continue the fight.
How You Can Help
I invite you to join me in the fight against breast cancer. By donating money to the Real Men Wear Pink campaign, you can support breast cancer research, education, early detection and more.
You can also register to participate in the SAS Championship's Real Men Wear Pink Miles Challenge, a community event in which participants are invited to track miles walked or run the week of October 5-11 to show support for the cause.

Why I Support the American Cancer Society
Every day, the American Cancer Society is saving lives from breast cancer. They are helping people take steps to reduce the risk of breast cancer. They are providing free information and services when and where people need it. They are funding groundbreaking research and working to ensure access to mammograms for women who need them.
By joining forces, we can ensure greater possibilities for breast cancer patients and survivors, as well as their caregivers, family and friends: the possibility of detecting cancer early, the possibility of discovering new therapies and treatments, the possibility of supporting those on their cancer journeys, and ultimately, the possibility of realizing our shared vision of a world without cancer.
