Welcome to Team Rudin! We participate in the annual Relay For Life because our son Eric lost his fight with colon cancer. We know that raising funds and walking in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life event will help save lives from this devastating disease. A Relay For Life event is not only a way to join the community to fight back against cancer, but also a way to inspire hope to those facing the disease, raise funds to help fight against it, and provide awareness to prevent. Relay participants, including TEAM RUDIN, raise funds because we’ve been affected by cancer. Relay For Life events gives us the power to FIGHT BACK. This is our opportunity to HONOR ERIC, our son who lost his battle. This is a way to remember friends and family who are still fighting and those that won the battle! PLEASE HELP US RAISE FUNDS to support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission. This years theme is Western. Please join us for fun and games as we Give Cancer The Boot! YOU can help people take steps to reduce their risk of cancer and FIND IT EARLY, when it is easiest to treat. American Cancer Society provides free information and services to cancer patients throughout their journey. The organization invests in crucial research to prevent, treat, and ultimately, hope to cure all cancers.
We have signed up to fundraise and walk in our local Relay For Life event in Southeastern CT. We hope you will consider joining our team or making a donation in support of our efforts.
