Fighting Cancer to the Coast
Cornell To Coast
Welcome to Cornell To Coast! Cancer has touched every single one of us in some way or another. Our team of 12 Cornell Sigma Chi's has come together to try and do our part in beating this horrible disease. On the morning of August 27, 2021, we will begin running from the top of Oregon's Mt. Hood. A little over a day and 199 miles later we will arrive, worn down and exhausted, at the beach in Seaside, OR. Though the race will be an incredible and memorable experience for us, it will be for nothing if we cannot confidently say we did our part beforehand. In order to do our part, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Over the next year we will be actively fundraising through our Cornell and greater social networks, with specific fundraising events to be announced soon! Once we know that we have done our part, only then can we run the race in honor of the countless lives lost and affected by cancer. So please, Join Us. Donate Now. Together, we'll be a part of making a difference in this ever important cause.

HOW FUNDRAISING IMPACTS YOUR COMMUNITY
Cancer hits far too close to home, so the funds you raise will help do the same. Through services and resources like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 helpline, cancer patients and their families will feel the love. Here’s how recent money raised has been put to incredible uses.
august 2019
Funding potentially lifesaving cancer research grants.
Calls and chats from patients and caregivers seeking support.
Nights of free lodging provided to patients at Hope Lodge® communities.

Cancer has touched all of us in some way. And we want to stop this disease in its tracks. We'll spend the next few weeks fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Then, on the day of the event, we'll honor the lives lost to cancer, celebrate survivors, and support the caregivers who so selflessly help others.
Together, we'll be a part of making a difference in this important cause.
