Run For Dad
Zorichak Legacy
Please consider donating and/or joining our Team, THE ZORICHAK LEGACY in memory of my loving Fiancé Mark Zorichak. A loving Father to our Marissa and sweet baby boy Noah. Mark was a wonderful and loving Brother, Son, and a Great friend. Mark loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest. Please join us in keeping his memory alive in our hearts. On December 17, 2017 the unthinkable happened to our family we lost a father, step-father, the love of my life and fiance, son, brother, and friend to Leukemia. Mark was unable to see his first child Noah Mark Zorichak come into this world on February 22, 2018 due to this disease. The Oncologist at the University said they never saw a man fight as hard as my Mark did after everything his body went through that week but come Sunday morning December 17th he passed away leaving behind his unborn son as his legacy. During that week our family was told from several teams of doctors and nurses that oversaw Mark's condition that he had such a STRONG HEART and he was a fighter. I know Mark was fighting to come home with us. When my Mark first got sick during my 7th month of the pregnancy he said to me "I just want to see his face, my son's face that is all I want" On December 11, 2017 Mark was placed in an induced coma and that was the last time I would have been able to speak with him and hear his voice. Through my daughter Marissa, my son will know what a wonderful father Mark is and what a blessing he was to our life. The smile he would put on Marissa's face was priceless. Mark's voice will live on through his family and children. This Father's Day I will run miles in your memory Mark and keep your voice alive in our hearts. We will love you always and forever my love! The money our team raises helps the American Cancer Society in so many ways. It's helping fund innovative research. It's providing free information for people dealing with the disease. It’s providing rides to treatment and places to stay for people who have to seek treatment far from home. In short, our money is helping save lives. Consider donating to our team and helping advance the cause.

HOW FUNDRAISING IMPACTS YOUR COMMUNITY
Cancer hits far too close to home, so the funds you raise will help do the same. Through services and resources like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 helpline, cancer patients and their families will feel the love. Here’s how recent money raised has been put to incredible uses.
august 2019
Funding potentially lifesaving cancer research grants.
Calls and chats from patients and caregivers seeking support.
Nights of free lodging provided to patients at Hope Lodge® communities.
Our Sponsors

Cancer has touched all of us in some way. And we want to stop this disease in its tracks. We'll spend the next few weeks fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Then, on the day of the event, we'll honor the lives lost to cancer, celebrate survivors, and support the caregivers who so selflessly help others.
Together, we'll be a part of making a difference in this important cause.
