Halina’s Diamond Dogs is a team to support Halina Palmer, who was diagnosed last year with a rare and aggressive brain cancer called Glioblastoma. She is residing currently in Phoenix where she is getting treatment at Barrow Neurological Institute. She has hiked this mountain prior to her diagnosis and she still continues to hike it today! We hope you can join her and her “diamond dogs” and we appreciate all the support! BELIEVE
Why “diamond dogs” you might ask - the name came from my son Eric who named a group chat that was formed with his siblings. He got the idea from the positive and kind tv show “Ted lasso”.
A little bit about Halina - Originally from Poland, But Colorado is home She always has been a very active person - skiing, hiking, dancing, yoga, tai chi, and mushroom hunting are some of her favorite passions. She has an amazing family including three siblings and four children Her tumor in an inoperable grade 4 GBM She is currently completing her Chemo/Radiation protocol
While this is our first event, we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Its wonderful to surround ourselves with hope and positivity and have things to look forward to in our future. Let’s lean into each other with all of our individual journeys as one. Let’s share strength, tears, laughter, smiles, and knowledge. Please join our team and climb with us!

Halina’s Diamond Dogs is a team to support Halina Palmer, who was diagnosed last year with a rare and aggressive brain cancer called Glioblastoma.
