Hockey Fights Cancer unites the hockey community in North America by inspiring hope and courage for those who are living with, going through and moving past cancer. Please help Shawnigan Lake School and Coeur d'Alene Academy in our fundraising efforts. While we each may have our own reason for joining the fight against cancer, we are all united in our belief that we can make a difference. And your support will too!

When you make a donation, you are providing support to the American Cancer Society lodges, support services and transportation services. Likewise, Canadian families can donate to the Canadian Cancer Society by following this link https://fundraisemyway.cancer.ca/campaign/2023-CSSHL-Winter-Classic. A charitable donation receipt will be provided for donations of $20 and more. 

Hockey Fights Cancer was founded by the NHL and NHLPA in 1998 and continues to support many families throughout North America. We are excited to award an autographed Quinn Hughes jersey in a giveaway prize! 

The lucky donor will be notified by e-mail after the  inaugural CSSHL Outdoor Classic on January 6th at Sun Peaks Mountain.

Cancer hits far too close to home, so the funds you raise will help do the same. Through services and resources like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 helpline, cancer patients and their families will feel the love. Here’s how recent money raised has been put to incredible uses.

As of January 2022, we have invested $400 M for potentially lifesaving cancer research grants.
