Welcome to our Sunset High School Team Page! 

We support the American Cancer Society because they are dedicated to funding research for cancer prevention, treatment, and cures. Many members of our community have been greatly affected by cancer at some point or another. By supporting the American Cancer Society by participating in the Crucial Catch fundraiser, we contribute to the fight against cancer and work towards a world with less suffering from this devastating disease. 
 
The money our team raises is directly helping fund innovative research, providing free information for people dealing with the disease, and organizing rides to treatment and places to stay for those seeking treatment far from home. To sum it all up, your donations are saving lives!

On the day of the event, we’ll honor the lives lost to cancer, celebrate survivors, and support the caregivers who so selflessly help others, we hope to see you all there!

How Fundraising Impacts Your Community

Cancer hits far too close to home, so the funds you raise will help do the same. Through services and resources like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 helpline, cancer patients and their families will feel the love. Here’s how recent money raised has been put to incredible uses.
