Running in Honor of Teri Abruzzo: Supporting Cancer Research

We are running a marathon to honor the memory of Teri Abruzzo, one of the strongest, most loving, and passionate individuals we were fortunate to know. Although Teri lost her battle with pancreatic cancer, her spirit and love continue to inspire us every day.

In her memory, we are raising funds for the American Cancer Society to support critical cancer research. Our mission is to advance early detection, treatment, and ultimately find a cure, so fewer families have to endure the pain of losing a loved one to cancer.

Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to this goal. Please consider donating and joining us in making a meaningful difference in the fight against cancer.

Cancer hits far too close to home, so the funds you raise will help do the same. Through services and resources like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 helpline, cancer patients and their families will feel the love. Here’s how recent money raised has been put to incredible uses.

As of January 2022, we have invested $400 M for potentially lifesaving cancer research grants.
