Zeta Tau Alpha’s national philanthropy is Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. One in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime, so this cause is personal. Breast cancer touches many lives. Through local and national partnerships, campus and community initiatives, and the distribution of millions of pink ribbons since 1992, ZTA collegiate and alumnae members are dedicated to our philanthropy. By spreading the message of breast cancer education and awareness, ZTA sisters are determined to diminish this disease. Here, at the Eta Lambda chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha at the College of Charleston, we are participating in this year's Making Strides Walk in support of all who are effected by Breast Cancer. Even though we all have our own reasons for joining Making Strides, we'll take down breast cancer because we're in it together. Our team is fundraising for the American Cancer Society's support services and lifesaving research. Believe us, every dollar really does count, so we're asking for your help. Please donate or join our team today, because together we can end breast cancer.
