Megan Marsh is a 30-year-old woman whose strength and resilience have always been admired by those who know her. In July of 2024, Megan and her husband welcomed their beautiful baby Mila into the world, marking the joyous occasion of becoming first-time parents. However, amidst the excitement and anticipation of meeting their new addition, Megan faced an unexpected and daunting challenge. In her third trimester, Megan was diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer. This aggressive diagnosis led to an early delivery, as Megan's healthcare team prioritized her urgent need for treatment. Despite the emotional and physical toll, Megan faced her situation with unwavering courage and determination. She began her chemotherapy treatments shortly after giving birth, demonstrating remarkable strength as she balanced the demands of new motherhood with the rigors of her cancer battle. Megan's faith and positive spirit have been a source of inspiration for everyone around her. She firmly believes that with God's guidance and the support of her loved ones, she can overcome any obstacle. Our team, Mila's Mom, was formed to stand by Megan's side in this fight against breast cancer. We are a group of friends, family, and supporters who are committed to showing Megan that she is not alone in this journey. We walk, run, and rally together, fueled by Megan's indomitable spirit and our shared determination to see her conquer cancer. With every step we take, we honor Megan's bravery and the immense love she has for her family. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide support, and contribute to the ongoing fight against breast cancer.
