I became a physical therapist over 2 years ago and began working in cancer rehab. A majority of my caseload were patients battling breast cancer or dealing with long-term side effects from their treatments. I want to give back and help as much as I can outside of my profession. My teammates include family and friends supporting my career, family and friends supporting loved ones who are fighting or have fought breast cancer, and other professionals joining the cause.

 

Even though we all have our own reasons for joining Making Strides, we'll take down breast cancer because we're in it together. Our team is fundraising for the American Cancer Society's support services and lifesaving research.
