Reflections of Love, Holders of Hope truly encompasses what our team is all about! When I see the faces of our team members, I see reflections of love...love for family and friends who have battled cancer, love for the caregivers who stood by the sides of those battling, love for our community of supporters, and love for each other. But it doesn't end there; we also have hope! Hope for those currently managing treatment, hope they will become survivors, hope that survivors continue to heal, hope that those who have yet to be diagnosed are able to obtain early detection through screenings and preventative measures, hope that research continues to discover more treatments, safer treatments, and additional options for those who are thriving. We hold hope that future generations will not face the same fears that ours have when it comes to a diagnosis of Breast Cancer, and hope that families will continue to celebrate not only holidays, but every day activities together despite cancer diagnoses.
Family, Friends, if this is important to you, if you or someone you know has had their life impacted by Breast Cancer, I ask that you consider joining our team and make strides with us to end Breast Cancer! Our team is fundraising for the American Cancer Society's support services and lifesaving research. Every dollar really does count, so we're asking for your help. Whether you can donate $5, $50, or any other personalized amount, we appreciate your contribution and the impact it will have on beating Breast Cancer! Our local walk is on Sunday, October 13th at Southwind Park, will you join me?
