Why We Formed a Relay For Life Fundraising Team
Welcome to our team page for From A Mom's Heart, this is the 11th Year Anniversary for our Team that we have devoted to memory of my son, Danny and my husband, Mike and so many other family and friends who have lost their battle with cancer, especially during this past year, Antonetta Como and DJ Rob Bouchek. We also celebrate our Team Survivors, Carol Baker, Bob Shackleford, and Beverly Simmons and all others who are cancer survivors.
For the past 11 years our team has grown together with both tears and laughter as we work to raise funds to fight cancer. Over the past 11 years our team alone has raised in excess of $27,000 and we continue to work to raise even more funds.
As a team, we are taking action to help eliminate cancer as a major health problem. At our Relay event, we will take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society in their lifesaving mission.

Why We Formed a Relay For Life Fundraising Team

Through services and resources like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 helpline, cancer patients and their families will feel the love.
