BRIGADE FOR A CURE is a group of dedicated people from all walks of life who've been affected by cancer. We walk to remember our friends and family who've lost the battle, those who are currently battling, those who have survived and for future generations who will have a cure. BRIGADE FOR A CURE believes that with our efforts joined with others, a cancer diagnosis will some day be a non-life threatening event with various cures. Please join us in our to continued battle. Round The Track: A walker's pledge - by Marc Sacco Round the track, we make our way, in honor of this special day. We've raised our money and donned our shoes, we walk this track to honor you. Take your lap, you deserve the cheers, forgive our weakness if there are tears. For we're amazed at the strength you show, when we see the lengths you can go. We walk the silent lap at night, to honor you all in your fight. And with each glowing candle's light, we show that is hope is burning bright. We walk around all night long, to show you that our love is strong. So round the track we make our way, in hopes that cancer is cured today. But, we still round it when we're tired, to honor you for having inspired. So round that track we make our way, in hopes that cancer is cured today.
