To date, Team Phoenix Fire has participated in 5 Relay for Life events across Connecticut and Rhode Island! We have stayed up all night during events, walked half-marathons in limited hours, Walked in the pouring rain, and even made new friends along the way. Cancer doesn't sleep and neither do we ... our team has a member on the track throughout the duration of the event. Each and every year, we are delighted to be a part of the Relay for Life community and do our part to raise money for cancer research and cancer patient support. Norwich, CT 2022 10 Hour duration Team members all walked a half marathon (13.5 miles) for a total of 94.5 miles! Raised $1200 Special thanks to Becky, Brian, Renee, Christoper, and Ralph for joining us on the track!
Mansfield, CT 2019 7.5 hour duration The team walked 39 miles in total Raised $775 Special thanks to Becky, Rob, and Krista for coming out and walking the track with us!
Westerly, RI 2018 14-hour duration The team walked 43 miles in total Raised $1000 Special thanks to Karen for coming out and walking the track with us through the night!
