Each year, Immanuel Lutheran Church joins other Alameda community teams as we remember & celebrate survivors & caregivers. We fight back by raising awareness & funds so the American Cancer Society can provide much needed services. Our  Relay For Life event is 9 hours.  But the American Cancer Society is available 24/7/365. Providing information & day to day support, such as rides to treatment or lodging & programs like "Look Good Feel Better." There have been 47+ ACS researchers that have won Nobel prizes!!

Our Immanuel Lutheran team members understand how devastating cancer can be in someone's life. We endeavor to Celebrate Survivors, Remember those we have lost & Fight Back to keep others from develping this dread disease!
