WE are HOPE! We are Team Hope. We are a group of family and friends who have come together to fight back against Cancer. We started Team Hope in 2007 and have continued walk and raise funds to stomp out cancer for good. We come together each year to Celebrate Cancer Survivors, We Support those Knee Deep in the Fight and We Honor our Loved Ones we have lost to this horrible Disease!!Please join us on Saturday April 27th at Townsend Field in Santa Clara and help us all Make a Difference with each step we take. WE are Team Hope! WE ARE HOPE!
