Team KB: Walk to Fight Cancer

Late December 2023, I was diagnosed with Renal Medullary Carcinoma, a rare form of kidney cancer. This journey has been one of the toughest challenges I've ever faced, but I'm not fighting alone. With the love and support of my incredible wife, daughter, family and friends, we're tackling this battle head-on. Some days are challenging, but the unwavering strength and positivity from my family and friends fills me with the courage to persevere. Their steadfast belief in our ability to overcome this obstacle together fills me with hope and determination. Sadly, cancer has touched our lives in more ways than one. Several years ago, my wife said goodbye to her mother, Beth Hart, who lost her battle with breast cancer. Her memory serves as a constant reminder of the devastating impact of this disease, but it also fuels our resolve to make a difference. Our team was created to honor Beth and her beautiful life as well. As I prepare to lace up my sneakers and join a walk for cancer research, I'm asking for your support. Your donation will fund vital research that could change the lives of countless individuals facing a cancer diagnosis, including my own. Together, we can make a difference. Together, we can turn hope into action. Thank you for standing by my side as I fight for my health, for my family, and for a future free from cancer's grasp.
