Herbein + Company, Inc. hates cancer. Our team walks to support everyone whose lives have been affected by the disease. We also walk in memory of John Liptock and Carl Herbein. John Liptock lost his courageous battle with cancer in 2011. John, his wife Justine, and their sons were incredibly strong throughout his fight. We will never forget John’s smile, positive attitude, his storytelling, his love of fishing, his compassion towards others, and his love for his family. The Liptocks will always be a part of the Herbein family. In 2018, our founding partner and long-time cancer survivor Carl Herbein passed away. Carl was a force of nature who made a difference throughout the community while building one of the top accounting firms in Pennsylvania and growing a nationally-renowned dairy consulting practice. Carl’s sense of humor and interest in others never waned throughout his fight. Carl, Kathy, and their sons and families are forever in our hearts. Our team is grateful to each and every supporter every donation puts us one step closer to a cure!
