Feb. 18, 2024 will be the 32nd  anniversary of Chucks passing. It is so hard to believe he has been gone 32 years. I miss him and think of him daily. I can still hear his voice and feel his hand on my shoulder.
Jenny, Chad and I started our Relay team to help further research and find a cure, try to ease a little pain and suffering. To be a hand to reach out to when there is no one else, to give strength, courage, and most of all HOPE to all of the survivors and those still fighting their battle. And, because we knew that is what Chuck would want us to do; that is what he would be doing if he could.
I am begging of you - PLEASE help us with our fight! Help us find that cure. Every dollar counts, what ever you can donate will get us that much closer to where we need to be. Please help us stop this cruel disease before it robs any more families of what it has taken from us!
CANCER took my best friend and my sole mate from me. The one who would comfort me when I was sad or scared; and the one that would laugh with me (sometimes at me) and the one that told me he would love me FOR EVER & EVER!
This horrible disease took my children's father from them. Chad did not have his father there when he graduated high school, or when he graduated college; receiving a degree in what Chuck dreamed of doing - CAD Drafting, to tell him how proud of him he is, because of CANCER!

Jenny and Chad did not have their father for the most important day of their lives - their wedding days! Our beautiful little girl did not have her daddy to walk her down the isle, and Chad did not have his father there to stand by his side; because CANCER took him from us!

Our nine beautiful grandchildren, and five great grandchildren;  will never get to know what a wonderful man their grandfather was, they will never feel his loving touch, or hear his laughter. Because CANCER took him from us way too soon !

I am asking you again to please join in the fight with us and stop this terrible disease from taking something so important from another family. Together we can do this.
