Cancer,  "the disease that never sleeps", is still there. According to AACR, "In the U.S., overall cancer deaths are continuing to decline and the number of cancer survivors have reached an all-time high. My sister Misha Huffman, my father Bob Campbell and my grandmother that passed away before I was even thought of, never had that chance to become a surivor. My grandmother Artie Misha Swisher passed away from cervical cancer, my dad, Bob Campbell died from lung cancer with mets to the brain, and my sister Misha Huffman died from a fast growing cancer caused from 5 shots injected into her body because she worked in the medical field during COVID. So you ask, "How do we do it?" We go out there and get donations. We have various fund raisers, including give back days, rummage sales, pie sales and the list continues on.  We also go to directly to businesses, sharing our stories of how cancer has affected our families in hopes that they will either donate or sponsor our team.
