This is a team run by me! I'm Kennedy and cancer has played a prevalent role in my life. When I was in high school my Dad had a successful surgery to remove a colorectal cancerous mass. It was a difficult time for me and my family, but through the support of Brigham and Women's Hospital and its donors my Dad's cancer has gone away. This experience has made me forever grateful and appreciative, motivating me to give back as much as I can. Cancer still has a strong impact on those in many of our lives, and it is up to us to help support each other and fight this fight together.
 
Even though we all have our own reason for joining Relay For Life, we'll take down cancer because we're in it together. In partnership with Northeastern's Relay for Life team, my team is fundraising for the American Cancer Society's support service and lifesaving research.
