First American’s unique workforce composition—almost 70 percent women—makes Women’s Advocacy a natural core cause of the #FirstAmCares program. Women’s Advocacy supports organizations and initiatives that address women’s health, family, and welfare issues. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Breast cancer awareness efforts at First American are focused on increasing virtual volunteer opportunities, prevention awareness initiatives and wellness support to all employees.
