Team Avon’s goal is to raise $800,000 in 2022. Will you join us?
For over 135 years, Avon has inspired the financial independence, health, and wellbeing of women and their families. Every member of the Avon community is committed to making a positive and beautiful impact in the world and using our voices for causes that promote women’s health. Our powerful community of Representatives, customers and employees has already impacted millions of women and contributed over $800 million to breast cancer causes.
In joining forces with the world's leader in the fight against breast cancer - the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer program - we will do so much more.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer unites us as we walk together - over one million strong in 150 communities across the nation - as the most powerful force to end breast cancer. Making Strides walkers turn awareness into action by raising more than $60 million for the American Cancer Society each year - one dollar at a time - to save lives. You can be proud that your efforts are helping more than 3.5 million breast cancer survivors living in the US. Your actions will make a difference in the lives of others.
We've created a toolkit with helpful tips to get you started on growing your team and kicking off your fundraising.

Breast cancer is a cause that is personal to so many people at our company.
That’s why we’re joining the nation’s largest network of breast cancer events — the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
We’ll raise money and awareness and together we can continue to save lives.
The American Cancer Society is an important resource for women who are newly diagnosed with breast cancer.
We owe it to those women to support the organization that does more than any other for them by funding innovative research and providing free information and services.
We are proud to be participating in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and thrilled about the difference that our associates and their families are making to save lives from breast cancer.

This isn’t what I wanted.
Welcome to our Team Page. We've formed a team because this cause is important to us. We want to help. And walking and raising money in our local American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event is the best way we can do that. We all have different reasons for participating but we share a determination to help save lives from breast cancer.
There are so many ways that the money our team raises helps. It’s helping fund innovative research. It's providing free information for people dealing with the disease. It’s providing rides to treatment and places to stay for people who have to seek treatment far from home. In short, our money is helping save lives. Consider donating to our team and helping advance the cause.
How We Support the American Cancer Society
Of course we walk in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. And we solicit donations from family, friends, and other supporters. But we also schedule fundraisers in lead-up to the big event. Bake-sales, car washes, and countless other types of events. And we promote those on social media, through Facebook and Twitter, by word of mouth, and through flyers at work and around the neighborhood. The success of fundraising events depends on two things - hard work and getting the word out. And we're out to do both. Keep an eye out for our fundraising events.
