	To create a Mosaic page, you will need to tell us which type of page you want to create. If you would like to honor someone who is battling or has beaten cancer, please select Honor page. If you would like to celebrate someone who has passed away, please choose Memorial page.

	View the image below for an example of how your page will look to your family and friends. As you enter the Tribute name, description, or upload a photo, the image below will highlight to indicate where that information will be used on your Tribute Page.
	Your Fund Page:
	The ‘Page Name’ will be the title of your Mosaic page. Using a descriptive label (such as the name of the page’s Honoree) will help people find your page when they search for it. Note that you can edit this name from your Champion Center.

	The personal story is the most important part of your Mosaic page. Tell us why you are celebrating the life of your honoree. You can make changes or add more to your story later through your Champion Center.
	Tell Your Story:

	The picture you upload here will be the featured photo displayed on your Mosaic page. You can change the image later in your Champion Center. If you want to show even more pictures, you can create and link to photo albums in the Champion Center.
	Upload an Image:	1. Prepare your image. Images must be .gif, .jpg, or .png files. Files with a .jpg or .png type will be automatically resized to fit in a 225 x 300 pixel space. The maximum acceptable file size is 1.5 Mb. 2. Select the file. Use the browse button to select the file. Associated Image Use the file browse to locate an image. Then click the upload image button to display the preview image. 3. Click the upload image button.

	What you enter below will show up in Mosaic search results. This helps distinguish this page from other pages with similar names. You can enter small details about your honoree (For example: City of residence, nickname, family name). You can edit this later in your Champion Center.
